Mileway
Enterprise UX
Leading digital systems design at enterprise scale
Redesign of a large corporate website and property portal for a pan-European industrial and logistics developer, spanning 9 languages and markets.
The challenge was translating an evolving brand into a coherent digital language while building a design system capable of supporting hundreds of modules, regional variation, and both public and internal use cases.
The Property Portal was optimised to perform seamlessly across multiple non‑standard screen sizes, as it’s also used internally on a variety of atypical devices, and was built around flexible templated pages that adapt to differing language needs and country‑specific structures.
Broker and agent functionality is integrated via a secure token system that sends agents personalised email links, granting access to additional information, documents and resources; all content and permissions are manageable and editable client‑side.

Localised pages and custom local components
The focus was on establishing a scalable modular system that balanced consistency with local flexibility, while remaining client-manageable and future-proof.
I led the digital design direction, overseeing a team of four designers and working closely with developers, SEO specialists, and stakeholders.
Workshops and regular client presentations ensured alignment between business needs, brand expression, and user experience.
